CY-OTF-1200X-HPV
III is a high pressure and high vacuum split tube furnace with three heating zones. Processing tube is made of
Ni based super alloy, which offer a solution of heating treatment under both high positive pressure and high vacuum
pressure with/without inert gas support to process special compound material. The furnace can be heated up to max. 1100°C at 2.5 bar ( 900°C at 80 bar ). Gas flowing system is available upon request.
